Use of Personally Identifying Information
If you become a member of the ABWA, we include your name and the contact information you provide to us in our Membership Directory, which we may make available in online and hard-copy formats only to ABWA members. By becoming a member of the ABWA, you consent to this use of your Contact Information.
Sharing With Third Parties
We may use certain anonymous demographic information from the Contact Information you provide us for marketing purposes but we do not share your personally identifying information with any third parties except for those we hire to maintain and update our Site and process financial information, including users' credit card information, or if required by law or to enforce this Privacy Policy.
ABWA and its and it's affiliate, NetForumOnDemand, use SSL technology to encrypt user's Payment Information. We save Payment Information in encrypted form and for the sole purpose of being able to reverse a payment should that become necessary. Security We store your Contact Information and Payment Information in a secure manner and safeguard it from unauthorized access in a secure, restricted-access database. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, you provide us with this data at your own risk.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Each ABWA Chapter and Affiliate or ABWA event will contain verbiage within the body of the invitation/registration announcement which will clearly state the cancellation/refund policy for the specific event.
